Blossom Park Kindergarten Inc. (BPK) was established in 1987 as Azalea Avenue Kindergarten Inc. In 1993, the name was changed to reflect the area in which the Kindergarten is located. The centre is managed by an elected, voluntary Committee of Management and is registered as a Class 1 Children’s Services Centre with the now Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
The premises are owned by the City of Whittlesea.
